Otsego is a county in the Central New York State region. It is mostly rural and made up of towns, villages, and one small city. It is around 80 miles west of Albany, around 80 miles northeast of Binghamton, and around 80 miles southeast of Syracuse (depends on location within the county). , its population was approximately 58,500.
